About Shaq Johnson
Shaq Johnson is the Head of Customer Protection at ANZ, where he leads efforts to combat fraud and scams. His role covers operations, analytics, investigations and Capability across multiple jurisdictions.
Shaq has over 20 years of experience in Financial Crime Prevention and holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Criminology and a Graduate Diploma in Law. He is also the Chairman of the Australian Financial Crimes Exchange (AFCX), and he is involved in various strategic industry initiatives to combat fraud and scams.
