Paul is the General Manager, Retail Distribution Network at ANZ Australia, leading a team of more than 6,000 talented staff across Mobile Lending , the Australian Branch Network and Migrant & International Banking.  

Paul is the Executive Sponsor of ANZ’s Indigenous Action Plan and a member of the ANZ Australia Division Diversity Council.  Paul is an Executive Director and Board Member of ANZ Share Investing and is a member of ANZ’s Social Media Steering Committee.
