About Carina Parisella
Creative executive leader with extensive background (and enormous passion) in leadership, communication, talent management, modern HR, large program delivery and diversity and inclusion. Carina is on a mission to change how leaders think and execute on their people and digital employee experience strategy.
At ANZ, she designs and delivers the Technology Workforce (people) strategy spanning operations across Australia, India and the Philippines. I'm also leading ANZ's AI immersion strategy.
As the Head of Workforce, she leads a global team of cross-functional squads to build a highly capable, deeply engaged, adaptive and commercially sustainable workforce. Her Tribe leads the Technology learning strategy, AI literacy, development of Talent Pipelines including global Early Talent (grads, interns, trainees), Talent Mobility, workforce data and insights and the design and execution of our workforce strategy for our 10,000+ global workforce. The goal is to attract, retain and grow a great technical team that's 21st century fit.
As a passionate diversity and inclusion advocate, Carina and her team have been recognised globally for our work across various initiatives focused on leveraging untapped talent like our award-winning Return to Work program (the first of its kind in the banking sector) and highly successful Spectrum program for autistic individuals. She's obsessed with growing high performing teams, driven by purpose and impact and unlocking the potential of people and ideas.
Prior to her current role, Carina held a number of leadership roles across HR, communications, media, operations, diversity and inclusion and partnerships, and, play an advisory role in the innovation and startup economy. She's a regular in the Australian speaking circuit and passionate about increasing awareness of diversity in business, women in tech, untapped talent and AI literacy.
A relentless "optimalist" and business creative, she loves working with people and technology to bring ideas and solutions to life - when you share those stories, magic happens.
