My priority since being appointed to Group Executive, Business and Private Bank, has been simple: to listen.
Listening to our customers, listening to our people, and understanding what truly matters to them. Over my first few months, I’ve spent time across the states and regional locations, hearing what’s working well, what can evolve, and where we have the greatest opportunity to support our customers.
ANZ Business and Private Bank provides banking products and services to approximately 700,000 small to medium businesses (SMEs), corporates, and specialised industry customers, as well as high net worth private banking clients.

Our SME and Mid-Market customers are at the heart of the Australian economy and we have a unique opportunity to support them as they grow. Our focus is on making banking simpler and more seamless, so customers can spend more time running and building their business.
We’re continuously looking at how we remove friction and show up when our customers need us, whether that’s day-to-day banking, supporting their growth or helping them navigate change.
