ANZ commits $100 million to the new Australian Business Growth Fund

ANZ today announced it would commit $100 million to the Australian Government’s new Australian Business Growth Fund to provide further support for an economically important sector.

The funding will be provided over a five-year period with the Australian Government also contributing $100 million over the same time, along with the other financial institutions.

ANZ Chief Executive Officer Shayne Elliott said: “ANZ is a strong supporter of small business in Australia. This fund will add to the options Australian businesses have to obtain the capital they need to grow and prosper for the good of the country.”
