If you've received an ANZ Security Device in the mail, we've put together some easy steps to help you activate and use your device. Your ANZ Security Device adds an extra layer of security for your Internet Banking activities.

Your ANZ Security Device is unique and linked to your Customer Registration Number (CRN). The device is not transferrable and can only be used for Internet Banking activities initiated by you. That's reassuring!
The ANZ Security Device produces a six-digit code which is cross-checked in our systems against your identity and profile, when you use it for ANZ Internet Banking activities.
Your ANZ Security Device is linked to your CRN, not your computer, so you can use it on any computer or mobile device where you can access ANZ Internet Banking.
Once you receive your ANZ Security Device, you need to activate it before it can be used.
Call to activate your security device. We’re available 24/7.
