The ANZ App Spend Summary feature sorts your transactions on eligible accounts by merchant or category on a per-account basis each month so that you can see valuable insights into your spending – like just how much you spend on food and drinks each month.

Your Money Report provides an aggregate view of some transactions across multiple eligible accounts. In addition to the monthly view, the report displays the information in a graphical format over a longer-term view (12-month period). The transaction categories in the report and the ANZ Spend Summary feature are largely aligned, with a few exceptions, for example:

  1. Re-categorisation: Any re-categorisation of your transactions in the Spend Summary feature will not be reflected in Your Money Report.
  2. Transfers: in the report “transfers” only includes transfers to and from eligible accounts to ineligible accounts. Transfers from an eligible account to another eligible account, payments from an eligible account to your ANZ credit card(s), and cash advances from your ANZ credit card(s) into an eligible account are all excluded in the report. In comparison, the ANZ App Spend Summary feature captures all transfers made from the displayed account.

More information can be found on pages 13 to 15 of the report.

Some Your Money Reports may look different to previous Your Money Reports as we are continuously working to improve the report to provide a better experience.
