Customise my profile name

ANZ Internet Banking for Business customers can access multiple businesses/entities using one Access CRN. Each business has its own profile name, which you can select from the drop down list on the top right.

How do I customise my profile name?

To update a business profile name:

  • Go to the "Profile" menu. 
  • Select "Customise business profile name". 
  • Your current profile name will be displayed.
  • Type your new profile name in the required field. 
  • The new profile name should only contain letters, numbers and spaces.
  • Select the "Save" button to submit your request.

This will refresh the page immediately and the current profile name on the top right of the page will be updated with the new profile name you entered.

This function is only available to ANZ Internet Banking for Business customers with multiple businesses linked to the same CRNDifferent profile names will be assigned to each business.

No. Customising your profile names for businesses will not change the official ANZ records.

The new name that you give to the business will only display throughout your ANZ Internet Banking session.

No. Changing the profile names will only change the way the business profile names appear to you, within your own session. Operators cannot see these changes.

As an Operator, you are not able to change the profile name of the business.

  • You need to use separate log on details (your CRN, password and user ID) to log on to each business profile.
  • This function of customising profile name is only available to the Administrator and Authoriser users who have multiple businesses linked to the same CRN.

The new profile name should only contain letters, numbers and spaces.

  • If you have included any special characters (!@#$%^&*) the new profile name will not be accepted.

Once you enter the new profile name and save the changes, the page refreshes immediately.

  • The current profile name in the header will be updated with the new profile name you have entered.

The "Customise business profile name" function is only available to ANZ Internet Banking for Business customers with multiple businesses linked to the same CRN.

  • Different profile names will be assigned to each linked business.
