Your BPAY® biller list is the list of billers you have saved in order to make BPAY bill payments. You can delete a biller at any time. Please remember you cannot retrieve biller details once they have been deleted from your biller list.

How do I delete a BPAY biller?

Your BPAY biller list is the list of billers you have saved in order to make BPAY bill payments. You can delete a biller at any time. Please remember you cannot retrieve biller details once they have been deleted from your biller list.

Step 1 - Navigate to "Manage billers"

  • Go to either the "Settings" menu or the “Payments” menu.
  • Select "Manage billers".

Step 2 - Delete the biller

  • Select the biller you wish to delete
  • Select the “Delete” icon
  • Select “Delete” to delete biller  
  • The biller details will be deleted and removed immediately from your list.
  • You can re-enter the biller at any time.

Why can't I delete my biller?

You cannot delete a biller if there is a future or recurring bill payment scheduled for that biller.

  • For example, if you have recurring bill payments scheduled for a biller, that biller cannot be deleted.
  • You must first cancel the pending future or recurring bill payments.

If you wish to delete a future dated or recurring bill payment, the request must be lodged with ANZ Internet Banking prior to 11.59pm Melbourne time on the day prior to the bill payment date.

No. Once the biller has been deleted the details cannot be retrieved again. You will need to re-enter their details.

Yes. Editing a biller is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to edit the biller:

  • Go to your “Settings” page.
  • Select "Manage billers".
  • Select the biller you wish to edit.
  • Edit the details and select “Save”.

Once you have added the biller to your BPAY biller list you may edit any of the biller details.

You cannot delete a biller if there is a future or recurring bill payment scheduled for that biller.

  • You must first cancel the scheduled bill payments.

If you wish to delete a future dated or recurring bill payment, the request must be lodged with ANZ Internet Banking prior to 11.59pm Melbourne time on the day prior to the bill payment date.
