Edit a multiple BPAY bill template
Multiple BPAY® bill payments are a convenient way for businesses to pay bills to multiple BPAY® billers at one time with a single debit to your selected business account.
If you are an ANZ Internet Banking for Business customer you can save a template of multiple BPAY® bill payments for re-use.
How do I edit a multiple BPAY bill template?
ANZ Internet Banking for Business customers can easily edit a multiple BPAY® bills template.
- Go to the "Pay and transfer" menu.
- Select "Pay BPAY® bills".
- Click on the "Manage multiple BPAY® bill templates" link in the additional links section.
- Ensure the correct template is selected, using the radio buttons under the "Select" column.
- Then click on the "Edit template" link and follow the steps below.
Alternatively you can:
- Go to the "Pay and transfer" menu.
- Select "Payment templates".
- Ensure the correct template is selected, using the radio buttons under the "Select" column.
- Then click on the "Edit template" link and follow the steps below.
Step 1 - Make your edits
You can make the following edits to your multiple BPAY® bill payment templates:
- Add more payments: follow steps 2-3 of the add a multiple BPAY® bills template page.
- Remove payments: click the "Remove" button to the right of the payment.
- Change amount: click the amount field and type a new amount in dollars and cents with a decimal point.
Step 2 - Save the changes
- When you are happy with your edits, click the "Save" button.
- Your template will now be updated and saved in your list of multiple BPAY® bills templates.
Why can't I edit my template?
You cannot edit a multiple BPAY® bills template if it has been used for a scheduled future transfer.
- You must first cancel any pending future bill payments connected with the template.
If you wish to delete a future dated transfer, the request must be lodged with ANZ Internet Banking prior to 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day prior to the payment date.

Please note that you cannot edit a recurring or future dated transfer. You must delete and then re-submit a new payment.
