Remove account notifications – business customers
If you no longer wish to receive account notifications then you can easily remove them. You can choose which notifications you’d like to remove and which ones you would like to continue receiving.
How do I remove my account notifications?
To remove account notifications, you’ll need to be logged in to ANZ Internet Banking.
Step 1 – Navigate to “Account notifications”
- Go to the “Profile” menu.
- Select “Account notifications”.
Step 2 – Remove account notifications for your account/s
Select “Edit” for the account you’d like to remove notifications from.
Deselect the notifications that you no longer wish to receive;
To remove notifications when you receive an Osko payment:
Deselect “When you receive an Osko payment”.
To remove notifications when you send an Osko payment:
Deselect “When you successfully send an Osko payment”.
To remove notifications when an Osko payment fails:
Deselect “When an Osko payment fails”.
To remove notifications when you have a payment awaiting authorisation:
Deselect “Authorisation requests”.
To remove notifications when you have an upcoming scheduled payment:
Deselect “When you have an upcoming scheduled payment in X days”.
Select “Save” to save your changes and return to the account notifications page.
Repeat Step 2 for each account that you’d like to remove notifications from.
