ANZ Internet Banking for Business administrators and authorisers that have Account level notification enabled under Manage users can receive account notifications on their eligible ANZ accounts.
You can edit your notification preferences to select where you’d like notifications to be sent and select whether you’d like to receive notifications when a PayID is created, updated, transferred or closed.
How do I edit my notification preferences?
Step 1 – Navigate to “Account notifications”
Go to the “Profile” menu.
Select “Account notifications”.
Step 2 – Open the edit preferences menu
Select “Edit preferences”.
Step 3 – Edit preferences
To edit the contact point you’re using to receive your account notifications;
Select your preferred contact point from the dropdown menu under “Where would you like your notifications to be sent”.
Please note that you can only select a contact point from the contact details that you’ve registered with ANZ. To receive notifications to a different email address or Australian mobile number you’ll need to update your ANZ contact details.
To turn off PayID notifications;
Deselect “PayID updates”
To turn on PayID notifications;
Select “PayID updates”
Select “Save” to save your changes.
