My cheque or savings account details
You can easily view the details of your cheque or savings account. The type of information displayed will relate to the specific type of cheque or savings account selected.
You will be able to view information such as transaction summaries and interest summaries.
How do I view my cheque or savings account details?
- Go to the Home page, this is the first page you see when you log on to ANZ Internet Banking.
- Select your cheque or savings account.
- Then select the "Details" tab from the account overview page.
Account details explained
Please note that the account details you'll see will be specific to your account type. We have listed some of the account details below but there may be more or less details displayed, depending on the type of cheque or savings account you have:
- Current balance: takes into consideration all transactions that have been fully processed to the account. It may include funds which have been deposited but not yet cleared and therefore are not available for withdrawal.
- Available funds: the total amount that is currently available for withdrawal. It may be more or less than the current balance, depending on the transactions that are pending for your account. Find out more about current balance and available funds
- Withdrawals for current cycle: shows all withdrawals from the account, which took place within the current fees and charges cycle. Method of withdrawal is also shown (eg ATM).
- Deposits for current cycle: shows all deposits to the account the account, which took place within the current fees and charges cycle. Method of deposit is also shown (eg ATM).
- Interest details: shows the interest rate for your account and the how often the interest is calculated.
- Statement details: shows the date of the next account statement to be issued, the date of the last account statement issued and the current statement cycle.
- Overdraft details: shows the overdraft limit on your account and the interest rate that applies to the overdraft.
- Fees and charges: displays the government charges, debit interest charges, service charges, international debit fees and overdraft service fees (if applicable) for the year to date and previous year. Click on the fees and charges link on the bottom of the Account Details page to see the relevant fees and charges for your account.
