Update your profile details 

It's important that we have your current profile details. 

Did you know you can update your details including your phone numbers, email address and address details in ANZ Internet Banking or in the ANZ App?

It's all in one place – your Profile.

How to

Update my details online 

You can securely update your details online by logging in to Internet Banking. For more information, please refer to Change personal address/contact details.

You can also securely update your details online by logging in to the ANZ App. For more information, navigate to Support then Profile & Security in the ANZ App.

Update my details by phone 

Call 13 13 14 (international +61 3 9683 9999) 24 hours a day, seven days a week and we'll update your details over the phone. 

Update your details at the nearest ANZ branch 

You can update your details by visiting your nearest ANZ branch in Australia.

Update my name after marriage 

  • To change your name, firstly you must provide evidence of your name change in the form of a marriage or deed poll certificate. 
  • Bring this evidence into a convenient ANZ branch, along with other signatories. 
  • Sign the Signature Form under the witness of an ANZ staff member. 
  • Signatories not present will need to return to the branch to compelte the signature witnessing validation. However, if signatories are unable to be present at the branch, you may return the signed paperwork on their behalf. 

Your details will be updated immediately on our system. New cards, pass books and cheque books will be distributed.
