Use phone banking to check transactions or balances

It's easy to access your account details over the phone. Here's how. 

Step 1

Call 13 13 14 to access your phone banking

You can access ANZ Phone Banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any touch tone phone anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local call.

If you use a mobile, mobile rates will apply.

Step 2

Select option 1 from the menu to enter phone banking.

Step 3

Select option 1 again to:

  • Check your account balance
  • Check your transaction history
  • Check your funds transfers
  • Do a BPAY transaction*
  • Confirm your account number

Step 4

Enter your customer registration number (CRN), credit card, debit card or access card number.

Step 5

Enter your telecode.

If you don’t have a telecode you can talk to a Customer Service Officer and arrange for one to be provided so you can access the service straight away.

Step 6

Follow the the prompts to hear your account balances or check your transaction history.
