Order a statement copy

Access your statement online

Online statements are an easy way to access accounts statements anywhere, anytime. They are now automatically available for more customers and accounts. Alternatively, you can also order a replacement statement online.

Get a statement copy by phone

You can call 13 13 14 (international +61 3 9683 9999) 24 hours a day, seven days a week and order a statement copy. 

Get a statement copy at your nearest branch

You can request a statement copy by visiting your nearest ANZ branch in Australia. It will take between 3 - 5 business days for you to receive your statement copy by mail. If the request is urgent, the branch is able to receive a copy the following business day. You can then have your statement copy faxed to you or you can return to collect it in branch.

Is there a cost for requesting a statement copy?

Yes, in some instances there is a fee for requesting a statement. We can tell you about any fees upon request.

Do I need a statement for my end of financial year tax return?

You can obtain a statement for your end of financial year tax return several different ways.

All customers will receive their end of financial year statement in their chosen method. So if you have registered for online statements you will receive a notification as usual when your statement is ready to view in Internet banking.

If you receive paper statements this will be sent in the mail after the end of financial year, depending on how frequently you receive them.

You can request a statement copy if you need one via Internet banking, phone or in branch. Allow for delivery times depending on how you’d like to receive your statement.

  • Statements mailed to you: will take between 6 - 9 business days for postal delivery (it can take longer around tax time)
  • Statements faxed to you: we can fax your statement to you in approximately 2 business days. Priority faxes should be received within 24 hours (on a business day)
  • Statements emailed to you: we can email your statement to you within 3 business days. Priority emails will be received within 24 hours (on a business day)

How do online statements work?

Online statements are now automatically available for more customers and accounts.If you have registered for ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business you could already be viewing statements online as well as receiving them in the mail.
