Update on COVID-19 assistance

ANZ is still offering assistance and support to customers experiencing financial difficulty due to COVID-19.  If you haven’t already applied for COVID-19 assistance, you still can.  Find out more about the options we’re offering below.

If you’re already receiving assistance, we’ll contact you before the end of your assistance period with information about resuming your normal arrangements, or, if you’re unable to resume those arrangements, we’ll work with you to see if there are other things we can do to help you.

Using contactless payments

With contactless payments, you can avoid handling cash or using a PIN. For some transactions, you may even be able to temporarily increase your contactless payment limit from $100 to $200disclaimer. Transactions above $200 will continue to ask for the PIN.
