Important information for customers with ANZ goMoney (Australia)

ANZ goMoney is no longer available to download from the App Store or Google Play. Customers who already have ANZ goMoney installed on their device and have not de-registered can continue using their app for now. Once we've added more new features for you, we will ask all ANZ goMoney AU customers to switch over to the ANZ App.

The ANZ App is available on iOS 10 and Android 5.0 and above.

 

The new ANZ App is available to download in the App Store and Google Play and combines features from both ANZ goMoney and Grow by ANZ. Find out more about the ANZ App and its features.

ANZ goMoney AU is no longer available for new registrations. The ANZ App is now available to all ANZ Australia customers.

If you're already using ANZ goMoney AU you can keep doing so for now. Once we've added even more new features for you, we will ask all ANZ goMoney AU customers to switch over to the ANZ App.

No, as long as you haven’t disclosed the 4-digit PIN you’ve created for ANZ goMoney AU. For security purposes ANZ goMoney AU will lock after several incorrect log in attempts. In this instance, please call ANZ on 13 33 50 for assistance.

Now that ANZ goMoney AU is no longer available to download from the App Store or Google Play, you cannot use it on the new device. If you have a new device, download the ANZ App and follow the registration process.

Once your new device is registered, we recommend removing your previous device you were using with ANZ goMoney from the ANZ App device list. To remove a device, tap on Accounts, followed by the Profile icon. Next, select Manage Devices and follow the prompts.

No. If your device doesn’t support an update to iOS 10 or Android 5.0, you could consider updating it. Otherwise you can use ANZ Internet Banking optimised for your mobile device. You won’t need to update your operating system to use this.

For security reasons, you can only update your number in ANZ Internet Banking or by contacting ANZ on 13 33 50.
