The seven responsibilities of a leader

About this topic

Knowing how your role changes as your business grows is one thing; keeping track of your responsibilities is another. This unit explores the seven responsibilities of CEOs as businesses grow. You’ll gain a more detailed understanding of what you have to do in order to grow successful teams and, ultimately, a successful business. This includes broad-ranging responsibilities, from developing a great team culture to effective governance (and how they need to align with your immediate and three-year business plans). It also provides pointers into the role feedback and managerial skills play in developing your top-tier team.
