I received an Account Locked SMS, what should I do?

You’ll get an SMS if your account is locked. To unlock your account, get in touch with our Identity Team using the contact details in the SMS. They’ll get you back up and running as quickly and securely as possible.

If you still have access to the ANZ Plus app, you can also message a Coach for help. Coaches will reply Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST/AEDT, excluding National Public Holidays. It’s like chatting with a friend – they’ll reply as soon as they can.

To message a Coach:

  1. Go to the Support tab
  2. Tap Message Us
