How can I keep my card and accounts secure?
It's important to keep your Access PIN and card PIN safe and secure to help stop scams and fraud.
Tips to help keep your accounts secure:
- Never share your PINs with anyone.
- Don’t use a PIN that can be easily guessed, like a birthday or numbers that represent your name.
- It’s best to remember your PIN by heart! We don’t recommend writing it down.
- Never record your PIN on the same mobile you use to access the ANZ Plus app.
If your ANZ Plus Visa Debit card is lost or stolen, you can use the ANZ Plus app to cancel and replace your card.
If your mobile is lost or stolen, check Lost mobile or card for help.
If you think you’ve been the victim of a scam, or notice unusual transactions on your card or accounts, lock your card straight away:
- Go to the Card tab
- Tap on Lock Card
Then message a Coach to let them know:
- Go to the Support tab
- Tap Message Us
