When will my ANZ Plus card arrive?

Your new ANZ Plus Visa Debit card should arrive in the mail within 5 to 10 days after joining ANZ Plus.

If your card hasn’t arrived after three weeks, there might be a problem with our delivery partners, so you’ll need to order a new card. 

Order a new ANZ Plus Card: 

1. Go to Card tab. 
2. Tap Cancel and Replace Card. 
3. Tap Lost or Stolen Card. 

We’re very sorry for the delay, and we’ll work hard to get your new card to you as soon as possible.
