What is a One Time Password?

When requesting to share your ANZ Plus data, you'll need to retrieve a One Time Password from the ANZ Plus app in order to verify your identity.

If you can’t find your One Time Password, check to make sure your mobile number is up to date in the ANZ Plus app. To update your mobile number:

  1. Tap on the Profile icon.
  2. Tap on Profile.
  3. Tap on Mobile Number and follow the prompts.

If you’ve exceeded the maximum number of One Time Password attempts, you may need to wait before trying again.
