How do I contact ANZ Plus support?
Customers are able to self-service in the ANZ Plus app and reach out to our ANZ Plus Coaches, who are here to help you make the most of your ANZ Plus app.
We’ve built a comprehensive support section in the app. Go to the Support tab and tap on the relevant topic.
You can read FAQs on a help topic. For example, if you need help with a payment issue:
- Go to Payments in the Support tab.
- Tap on Payment Issues.
If you don’t find the answer in our support articles, message one of our ANZ Plus Coaches via the app.
Our Coaches are available between 9am and 5pm AEST/AEDT on business days but you can message us any time. Think of in-app messaging like a text message - they may not get back to you right away but they will respond as soon as they can.
You will receive a notification to let you know when a Coach has replied (providing you have notifications enabled). Manage your notifications by going to the Profile icon and tapping on Notifications.
For general support, please don't go to an ANZ branch or call the ANZ contact centre. They won’t be able to help you out. Instead, please message a Coach via the app.
