How do I report a suspicious transaction?

You can report any suspicious card transaction, ATM withdrawal, direct debit or other transaction (except pending transactions) from the ANZ Plus app, there’s no need to call us.

If you notice an unfamiliar transaction, first tap on the transaction to see more details. 

If you want to report a suspicious transaction:

  1. Tap on the transaction
  2. Tap on Something not right? and follow the prompts
