What this means for you
During this time, you will not be able to use ANZ cards at any EFTPOS facilities and online stores.
ATMs, Internet Banking, Phone Banking, Grow by ANZ, goMoney and ANZ App will remain available during this time.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this might cause you.
Please note: ANZ Travel Cards and ANZ Prepaid Cards are not affected – transactions should process as normal on these cards.
ANZ Cardholders outside Australia – what you can do
If you're unable to complete a transaction on your card at a Merchant facility, ATM’s facilities remain unaffected.
If you have a credit or debit card with another financial institution, you may wish to consider using that card. Please check the terms and conditions of the other financial institution if fees and charges apply.
