E-gift cards for car insurance customers

As a valued ANZ insurance customer we want to assure you that we’re here to help you get the most out of your policy.

Helping with premiums

ANZ insurance policies have flexibility built in, which means you can remove optional extras and increase excess levels to pay less in premiums to make it more affordable. It’s important you stay close to your cover and tailor it to suit where you’re at in life. Now’s a good time to review your policy and make sure it’s working best for you.

Steps to take:

  • Check your current level of cover. Things may have changed since you took out your policy, and you can make changes to reduce premiums. Review your policy and decide if your level of cover needs to change to remove optional extras or increase the excess.

  • Remove optional extras. Check your policy for optional extras you may have. This could include cover for accidental damage within your home and contents cover, or windscreen repairs for car insurance.

  • Call us. If you are experiencing financial hardship, we can help. Depending on which insurance policy you hold, you may be able to put payments on hold for up to 3 months, or change payment frequency until your situation improves. Please call us on 13 16 14 to discuss your options. It’s important to note if you do pause paying premiums on a general insurance policy you won’t be covered during this time.

How to make a claim

For ANZ Home and Contents Insurance, Contents Insurance, Landlord Insurance or Car Insurance have your policy number handy. You can make a claim online any time or give us a call on 13 16 14 (8am – 7pm AEST). We are here to support you.
