ANZ Rewards & ANZ Business Rewards Website Update

From 8pm AEST 3 August 2021 to 16 August 2021, the ANZ Rewards and ANZ Business Rewards website will be unavailable. During this time you won’t be able to redeem your Reward Points online or through our Rewards Centre teams.

On 16 August 2021 the new website will be back up and running and you’ll be able to redeem once again either through the website or the ANZ Rewards contact centre.

From 16 August 2021, you’ll notice some redemption options and features such as Auto-Redemption, Points Plus Pay and Bonus Points Mall will be unavailable for a period of time while we work through this change. We’re working to bring these back as soon as we can, but in the meantime you’ll still be able to redeem for a range of digital Gift Cards, ANZ Cashback and with our Airline Partners.

Note: Bonus Points Mall is only available to ANZ Rewards customers.

Redemptions will be unavailable from 8pm AEST 3 August 2021 to 16 August 2021.

In addition:

  • From 12 July 2021 redemptions for products, such as homewares and electronics and subscriptions will be unavailable. 
  • Travel Redemptions for new bookings from ANZ Rewards and ANZ Business Rewards are currently not available. Changes to existing bookings and bookings using travel credits can still be completed by calling the ANZ Reward Centre 1300 367 763 or the ANZ Business Reward Centre 1300 361 657 (8am to 8pm AEST Monday to Friday excluding national public holidays).

Redemptions are unavailable during this time while we work on bringing you new ANZ Rewards and ANZ Business Rewards websites. The pause will ensure that we can be back up and running as soon as possible.

We’re working to bring back redemptions for physical gift cards by the end of the year and products, such as homewares and electronics, next year.

In the meantime, here are some great alternatives:

  • Digital gift cards for a range of retailers, delivered straight to your inbox. To gift it to someone else simply forward it through to them.
  • Cashback to an eligible ANZ account, gives you the flexibility to choose your reward, wherever your card is accepted. Don’t forget that you’ll also earn Reward Points on eligible purchases made through your ANZ Rewards or ANZ Business Rewards account. We’ll be updating the ANZ Rewards and ANZ Business Rewards websites as redemption options become available again.

We look forward to bringing back redemptions for new travel bookings in the future.

In the meantime there are some great alternatives, including:

  • Travel related digital gift cards, including Flight Centre e-gift cards.
  • Cashback to an eligible ANZ account, perfect if you’d like the flexibility of managing your own bookings. Don’t forget that you’ll also earn Reward Points on eligible purchases, including travel purchases if you redeem Cashback to your ANZ Rewards or ANZ Business Rewards account.
  • Airline partner transfers, redeem your Reward Points to available airline partners to take advantage of the benefits available through partner programs.
  • We’ll be updating the ANZ Rewards and ANZ Business Rewards websites as redemption options become available again.

Yes, you’ll continue to earn Reward Points on all eligible transactions during this time.

To enquire about a previous redemption or your Reward Points balance please call the ANZ Rewards Centre 1300 367 763 or the ANZ Business Reward Centre 1300 361 657 (8am to 8pm AEST Monday to Friday excluding national public holidays).

Please note: the ANZ Rewards Centre will be unable to process any new redemptions from 8pm AEST 3 August to 16 August 2021.

You can check your Reward Points balance by contacting the ANZ Rewards Centre 1300 367 763 or the ANZ Business Reward Centre 1300 361 657 (8am to 8pm AEST Monday to Friday, excluding national public holidays).

From 8pm AEST 3 August 2021, existing Auto-Redemptions will be cancelled. We’re working to bring this feature back early next year.

In the meantime, you can complete redemptions when they’re available again by logging into the ANZ Rewards website or by calling the ANZ Rewards Centre 1300 367 763 or the ANZ Business Rewards Centre 1300 361 657 (8am to 8pm AEST Monday to Friday, excluding national public holidays).

If you have an existing Qantas Frequent Flyer Auto-Redemption there are some changes to how your Auto-Redemption works, please refer to the communication we recently sent to you.

Note: Qantas Frequent Flyer redemptions are available to ANZ Business Rewards customers only.

There are no changes to how you access the Rewards website:

For security reasons you’ll need to set up a new password when you log in to the new website for the first time.

We’re working to bring back the Bonus Points Mall by the end of the year. This is available to ANZ Rewards customers only and the ANZ Rewards website will be updated when this feature is back.

We’re working to bring back Points Plus Pay early next year.  We’ll be updating the ANZ Rewards and ANZ Business Rewards websites as this feature becomes available again.

From 8pm AEST 3 August 2021 all Wishlist entries will be cancelled. We hope to bring back this feature in the future.

The ANZ Business Rewards Personal Shopper service will no longer be available from 8pm AEST 3 August 2021.
