You can consider exploring an alternative ANZ credit card that may meet your ongoing banking needs.
There are a number of ways you can explore other options and, if you find a card that is right for you, transfer to another ANZ credit card. You can do so:
1. By phone:
- Log in to ANZ Internet Banking
- Select your credit card account
- Go to 'Account actions' and select 'Change your credit card type'

3. Redeeming your Reward Points:
You can redeem your remaining Reward Points up until 8pm 31 May 2021 (AEST), if eligible. You can use your Reward Points to either reduce the outstanding balance on your ANZ Balance Visa card by redeeming a Cashback, or to redeem Gift Cards, if you’re eligible.
Visit anzbalancevisa.com to log in and check your current Reward Points balance or redeem your Reward Points. If your account is transferred, you can redeem Reward Points over the phone by calling 1300 368 324, or +61 2 9352 3112 from overseas, between 8am to 8pm (AEDT), Monday to Friday (excluding national public holidays).
After 31 May 2021, we’ll credit your remaining Reward Points from your ANZ Balance Visa card account (if any) in the form of a Cashback if you’re eligible, to any outstanding balance on your ANZ Balance Visa card or, if you do not have an outstanding balance, to an alternate ANZ Account if appropriate.
If you don’t have an outstanding balance or appropriate ANZ account, ANZ will send you a bank cheque if eligible and if your ANZ Reward Points balance is 5,000 or more Reward points, otherwise the points will be cancelled.
