Before you claim

If you need to make a claim on your insurance policy, it's important to start the process as soon as you can. Check our tips to ensure you have everything you need to make your claim and contact us if you need any further support. 

  • Have your policy number handy

  • Check how your excess is applied 
  • Gather the date and details of the event that's led to you making a claim

Your cover 

Price reduction on credit card insurance

On 9 June 2020, we reduced the cost of our credit card insurance products. You will see the reduced premium on your monthly credit card statement issued from 9 June 2020. If you have any questions about this change, please call us on 13 16 14.

Involuntary unemployment claims
