Financial wellbeing is a critical pillar in overall wellbeing, which may have flow-on effects for our mental, physical and social wellbeing. Financial wellbeing is also becoming increasingly recognised in industry as being important for employees.

ANZ's report on financial wellbeing, published in 2018, found that high levels of financial stress within a workplace increases turnover and number of sick days taken, and it is estimated that it can cost Australian employers between $47-60 billion per year.
