Historical feeds

For eligible accounts, request up to two years of past transactions when you first set up your bank feed.

 

You can activate or deactivate your bank feeds in ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business

 

  1. Navigate to Manage bank feeds by selecting Settings and then selecting Manage bank feeds from within ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business.
    • Each of the active, pending or recently deactivated bank feeds accessible to you will be displayed under the software platform that they’re linked to.
  2. Select the account of the bank feed you’d like to inspect to view more details about it.

*Please note: if you have no active, pending or recently deactivated bank feeds, you won’t be able to view any bank feeds until you’ve activated a new bank feed.

  1. Navigate to Manage bank feeds by selecting Settings and then selecting Manage bank feeds from within ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business.
  2. If this is your first time setting up a bank feed, select Get started. Otherwise, select Activate a new bank feed.
  3. Select the software platform/s that you’d like to link your bank feed/s to from the list provided. Please note that you can only link a bank feed to a software platform if you have a valid subscription to that platform.
  4. Select Next to continue.
  5. Enter the Primary ID and, (if applicable), the Secondary ID for your selected software platform. You can check the Software platform support information (PDF) to see what information is required for your selected software platform, or to access the help page for your selected software platform
  6. Select the account/s that you’d like to link to your software platform from the list provided.
    • Please note that when activating a credit card you can only link the billing account that will include transactions for all of the assigned cards
  7. Select Next to continue.
  8. For each eligible account that you’ve selected to link to your software platform, select whether you’d like to add historical data by checking the appropriate box.
  9. Historical data is added as follows:
    • The Last 2 years of historical data will include transaction data from the current and previous financial year.
    • The Current year of historical data will include data from the current financial year only.
    • None will include no historical data.
    • Please note that you can only add historical data when setting up a bank feed for an account for the first time. You won’t be able to add historical data after a bank feed has been set up or if you cancel a bank feed and then activate it again with ANZ. If you’re unsure whether you’d like historical data, please contact your accountant or software platform before submitting your request.
  10. Select Next to continue.
  11. Review all your information to ensure that it is correct. If you entered the wrong information when linking your subscription we may not be able to link your bank feeds successfully. If you notice any mistakes, select Back and re-enter the correct details.
  12. Review ANZ’s Terms of use and Authority to Disclose (PDF).
  13. When you’re happy check the box beside I have read and accept ANZ’s Terms of Use and Authority to Disclose.
  14. If you have the approval of all other account signatories, check the box beside I have been authorised by all account signatories to activate this bank feed.
  15. If you’re happy with your activation request, select Submit to submit it.
    • Your submitted activation request will now be displayed.
  16. Select Done to navigate to Manage bank feeds.

Software platform support information (PDF)

You can deactivate all of your bank feeds with a software platform, deactivate an individual bank feed or delete a pending activation request

Option 1: Deactivate all of my bank feeds with a software platform

  1. Navigate to Manage bank feeds by selecting Settings and then selecting Manage bank feeds from within ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business.
  2. Select Deactivate this bank feed (or ‘Deactivate’ if you’re on the mobile version) beside the software platform that you’d like to deactivate the bank feeds for.
  3. You’ll see a message to confirm that you’d like to deactivate the bank feed/s for the linked account/s. Select Deactivate to deactivate the bank feed/s. 
  4. The bank feed/s listed under this software platform will now be displayed with a Deactivate status.

Option 2: Deactivate an individual bank feed or delete a pending activation request

  1. Navigate to Manage bank feeds by selecting Settings and then selecting Manage bank feeds from within ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business.
  2. Select the account you’d like to deactivate the bank feed for under the appropriate software platform.
  3. Select Deactivate this bank feed or Delete pending activation if the feed is not yet active.
  4. You’ll see a message to confirm that you’d like to deactivate the bank feed. Select Deactivate or Delete to deactivate the bank feed/delete the bank feed request.
  5. You will be returned to the Manage bank feeds page and your bank feed will be displayed with a Deactivate status listed beside it.

Only available on ANZ Internet Banking and ANZ Internet Banking for Business. ANZ bank feeds are compatible with the majority of retail or commercial transaction, deposit, lending, funds management and credit card accounts. ANZ bank feeds are not compatible with Asset Finance accounts, ANZ Smart Choice Super products or Foreign Currency accounts.
