An update to your ANZ Merchant Agreement

ANZ has entered a partnership with Worldline, a global payment specialist, to offer market leading merchant services to businesses like yours.

The partnership will be known as ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions, and through it your business will have access to Worldline’s expertise and global payments ecosystem via world-class merchant terminals, solutions and services.

What is changing from 1 April 2022

From late November 2021, you’ll receive a Customer Notice from ANZ to let you know that on 1 April 2022 your current Merchant Agreement with ANZ will transfer to a new Merchant Agreement with ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions.


What you need to do

You can accept the ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions Merchant Agreement (offer) by providing email or telephone acceptance any time after 22 December 2021 and before 1 April 2022 or simply by continuing to process transactions as usual.


What information has been sent to your business?

You will receive a customer information pack containing a cover letter summarising key information about ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions and how to accept the new Merchant Agreement; and a Customer Notice, a legal document explaining the new Merchant Agreement being offered to your business.

My Merchant Agreement

Are there any changes to my Merchant services?

We’ve worked hard to ensure there are no changes to the service you receive today at the price we charge you so that you’ll receive the same experience at the same price.

As merchant agreements can vary between customers, any changes to your Merchant Agreement will be outlined in the Customer Notice your business receives.


What if I want to update my Merchant services before 1 April 2022?

You can move, add or remove terminals, or update your Merchant Services at any time with ANZ before 1 April 2022.

Once you have accepted the new offer, all Merchant Services will be managed under your new offer after 1 April 2022, by ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions.
