As of 27 April 2022, ANZ has made some changes to the terms and conditions which apply to following products.
An overview of the changes is in the customer notices attached above. These are not intended to be a comprehensive summary and customers should also refer to their Terms and Conditions and information policy booklets listed below.

For our ANZ Business credit cards (including ANZ Business Black), ANZ Corporate Card, ANZ Visa Purchasing Card, ANZ Travel Account and ANZ Virtual Card customers, Unauthorised Transaction Insurance & Transit Accident Insurance has changed.
In response to a general review of products and features and to reflect changing customer preferences, Transit Accident Insurance has been removed. Certain definitions in your Unauthorised Transaction Insurance have also been changed, removed or updated.

For our ANZ Business credit cards (including ANZ Business Black), ANZ Corporate Card, ANZ Visa Purchasing Card, ANZ Travel Account and ANZ Virtual Card customers, we have provided the Australian Financial Complaints Authority’s contact details in the complaints procedure section of your Terms and Conditions booklet.
Your ANZ Commercial Card account may be eligible for Open Banking. We have updated Part B of the ANZ Commercial Card Terms and Conditions to reflect the Consumer Data Right and ‘Open Banking’.

If an insurable event occurred before 27 April 2022, where you want to make a claim and where the eligibility criteria are met, the event will be covered under the terms of the policy in place at that time.

The ANZ Business Black Complimentary Travel Insurance Booklet contains an epidemic/pandemic exclusion unless you or your travel companion are positively diagnosed with an epidemic/pandemic sickness such as COVID-19 and cover is expressly included in the ANZ Business Black Complimentary Travel Insurance Booklet.
If, during the period of cover available, you are positively diagnosed as suffering a sickness recognised as an epidemic or pandemic, such as COVID-19, cover is available to you under the following sections in International and Domestic Travel Insurance:

Terms, conditions, limits and exclusions apply. Please refer to the ANZ Business Black Complimentary Travel Insurance Booklet Part D - General Exclusions and the exclusions set out in each of the above sections.
For all other sections in the ANZ Business Black Complimentary Travel Insurance Booklet and any other claim arising from, or related to, epidemics or pandemics, there is no cover.
You can obtain written confirmation of your eligibility for cover for your overseas journey (based on the answers you provide Allianz Global Assistance), by calling Allianz Global Assistance on 1300 135 271, Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm AEST. If you require a letter that outlines what cover is available for epidemics and pandemics, please call Allianz Global Assistance.
