Where to start

We realise that sometimes things can be tough for our customers, but there is help available.

What steps are involved to get help from ANZ?

You’re taking the first step right now by researching the options available to you.

What's Next

The second step is preparing an overview of your current financial situation. The preparation checklist, included on this page, contains all the vital information we’ll need to assess your situation. This information will help us to quickly tailor the best possible assistance option for you.

The final step is submit your application. Someone from our dedicated hardship team, Customer Connect, will review and respond to your application. As we are currently experiencing a high volume of online applications, we will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible via email or phone.

To get started, get your information ready and Apply Online now. If you are unable to submit your application, please try again at a later time.

If you would prefer to talk to one of our specially-trained staff instead, please call on 1800 252 845 between 9am-7pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
