Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct (Code) sets the expected standards of behaviour linked to our values. Our Code explicitly requires all employees and contractors to act with honesty and integrity and to comply with the law as well as all of our policies and procedures.
The Code is supported by a suite of policies that are reviewed regularly to ensure they reflect any changes in law and otherwise remain fit for purpose. Summaries of those policies are set out below:

We expect our banking partners (such as suppliers, service providers and other relevant third parties) to adopt and maintain similar conduct and ethics principles to those outlined in the Code and supporting policies.
