To ensure the on-going stability and performance of ANZ systems - we will be performing scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, 22 October, 2014 between the hours of 12am and 6am (AEDT).
What this means for you
During this time:
- You won't be able to take out cash from an ATM using your ANZ card
- You may be unable to complete a transaction on your ANZ card
- ANZ ATMs will be unavailable.
We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause you.
ANZ Cardholders within Australia – what you can do
If you are unable to complete a transaction on your ANZ card:
- You may be able to complete your transaction by electing to sign for your purchase (Instead of PIN)
- If you have a credit or debit card with another financial institution, you may wish to consider using that card. You can also try this if you have been unable to use your ANZ card. Please check the terms and conditions of the other financial institution if fees and charges apply.
Please note: ANZ Travel card and ANZ Prepaid Cards are not affected, transactions should process as normal on these cards.
ANZ Cardholders outside Australia – what you can do.
If you are unable to use your card at an ATM or complete a transaction on your ANZ card:
- If you have a credit or debit card with another financial institution, you may wish to consider using that card. Please check the terms and conditions of the other financial institution if fees and charges apply.
