ANZ's 39th Annual General Meeting was held at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre, Riverside Theatre, 21 Mounts Bay Road, Perth, Western Australia on Tuesday, 18 December 2007 at 10.00am Perth Time (12.00pm for those in the Eastern states).

The Chairman, Charles Goode and CEO, Michael Smith outlined ANZ's performance and future direction. The event was webcast live for the convenience of our shareholders.
