When selecting a home loan, it is important to consider the features you want in a loan. Some features you may want:

This loan is also available in the name of a company or business entity. The property must be for the personal benefit of the directors of the company or beneficiaries of the trust. Taking a loan in a company name can provide a tax benefit, however please see your financial advisor before making a decision.

Other Home Loan options

ANZ Offset Account

ANZ One is a transaction account with an optional cheque book which can be linked to most ANZ Home Loans and Residential Investment Loans, allowing the balance to be offset daily against your loan balance.

ANZ Lo Doc

Combines all the features of our ANZ Standard Variable and Fixed Rate Home Loans with a flexible application process. You can borrow up to 60% of the value of the secured property (subject to the property type and location). And you will not pay a premium on our current ANZ interest rates.

Supplementary loan

Allows you to access the equity in your home or investment property for personal or investment purposes. It is fully flexible and can be used for a variety of different purposes such as consolidating existing personal borrowings, purchasing shares or to finance other purchases, according to your needs.

Interest in advance

You can pay interest up-front, which may provide taxation benefits, while the fixed rate provides certainty of repayments and safeguards you against increasing interest rates.

Loans in a company name

A range of loans designed for the purchase of a home or to invest in residential property, where the borrowing is in the name of a company or business entity.
