ANZ CreditCover Plus offers you all the protection of ANZ CreditCover plus much more for only a few cents extra per month.

What events am I covered for?

What are the benefits?

 Type of event
  Nature of benefit
 Involuntary unemployment   Double your minimum monthly repayment (4%) of the outstanding balance is paid, up to $10,000, if you are involuntarily unemployed.
 Disability (through injury or illness)   Double your minimum monthly repayment (4%) of the outstanding balance is paid, up to $10,000, in the event of your disability through illness or injury.
 Total and permanent disability   The outstanding balance up to $20,000 is paid, in the event of your total and permanent disability.
 Critical illness   The outstanding balance up to $20,000 is paid, in the event of your diagnosis of a defined critical illness.
 Death   The outstanding balance up to $20,000 is paid, in the event of your death.
 Accidental Death   The outstanding balance up to $20,000 is paid, plus an additional and equal amount to your estate, in the event of your accidental death.
 Family trauma (additional benefit)   A lump sum benefit of $500 is paid if you are required to take leave from paid employment as a result of your spouse or dependent child being diagnosed with a critical illness.
 Stolen Card (additional benefit)   A lump sum cash benefit of $200 is paid if your card is reported as stolen and you report the incident to the police.

How much does it cost?

  • The monthly premium is just 79c per $100 of the closing balance on your credit card statement each month (up to a maximum of $20,000).
  • Your premium will be automatically charged to your nominated ANZ credit card account and will appear on your monthly statement. The premium will still be payable if you pay your credit card account in full at each statement due date, unless your outstanding credit card balance is less than $10 or in credit.
