Our Australian Call Centre was recognised as the best call centre in Australia for a third year in a row, by the International Customer Service Professionals.
Our branch network was awarded an Australian Service Excellence Award from the Customer Service Institute of Australia.
ANZ won the Special Award for Impact in the Community in the 2006 Prime Ministers Award for Excellence in Community Business Partnerships.
Accessibility: We improved the accessibility of our services by opening our call centre 24 hours a day, seven days a week, adding more than 300 new Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) throughout Australia and opening 25 new branches.
