    The ANZ Customer Charter outlines our strong commitments to convenient, simple and responsible banking services.

    One of our 'convenient' commitments from the ANZ Customer Charter is the installation of new ATMs throughout Australia. During 2005-2006 we added more than 300 ATMs to the Australian network and we committed to installing another 200 ATMs during 2007.
