Value	No processing fees incurred by the agent. ANZ charges tenants a convenience fee for each credit card rental payment processed.
Convenience	Helps reduce the potential for bad debts and late payments therefore improving the cash flow of a business. Presents a low cost administration option; agents do not need to visit a bank branch or lodge cheques. Electronic funds are deposited directly into your business bank account.
Flexibility	Allows you to offer flexible payment options to your clients. Payment is deposited into your business bank account automatically on the next business day after the payment has been processed. Reduces the risk of holding cash and cheques on your premises. Tenants no longer need to visit your office for rental payment purposes.
Simplicity	Reduces time spent chasing late or forgotten rental payments as tenant payments are automated allowing you to focus on more critical business issues. You do not need to bank with ANZ to take advantage of ANZ RentExpress.
Support	Straight-forward reconciliation with automated reporting functionality.
Reliability	Recurring payments are configured in the system with a start and end date. Payments are processed accordingly each week, fortnight or month without any manual intervention.
